Meet Your Noosa based leadership coach
Jethro Gilbert
Jethro Gilbert is a locally based leadership coach with more than a decade of experience working with young people, schools, and community organisations across Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific.
Jethro has designed and delivered leadership programs for hundreds of students, supporting them to build confidence, responsibility, communication skills, and the ability to lead

themselves and others well. His work is trusted by schools and families because it is practical, structured, and focused on real-world behaviour — not motivational hype.
With a background in leadership development, youth programs, and community-based education, Jethro brings a calm, disciplined, and supportive approach to his work with young people. He is particularly known for helping students who have potential but need clarity, confidence, or direction to step up and take responsibility.
Alongside his education work, Jethro brings experience from military service, humanitarian projects, and corporate environments. This background shapes a calm, disciplined approach to leadership that emphasises accountability, good judgement, and service to others.
As a Noosa local and parent himself, Jethro understands the challenges young people face today — distraction, pressure, and uncertainty — and works closely with families to reinforce strong values, personal accountability, and healthy leadership habits.
PG Academy programs are deliberately small, hands-on, and high standard. Jethro works directly with students throughout the program to ensure each participant is known, supported, and challenged appropriately.
